Whether your company already has a vision benefits program for non-safety (dress) eyewear or is thinking about starting one, Fortney Eyecare Associates (FEA) offers flexible vision benefit programs providing comprehensive, high quality service at very affordable rates.

Two popular programs are our Fee-for-Service and our Capitation programs. Each covers employees and their dependents with:

a complete vision examination
a pair of lenses that meet American National Standards Institute standards
a frame from a wide selection of traditional, contemporary and high fashion styles
a choice of any optometric facility in our provider network

FEA makes providing dress vision benefits easy for you by handling all the administrative details, including claims processing, cost and utilization reports, and accounting. Under our fee-for-service program, vision services are paid for as they are rendered. FEA bills you each month for services rendered to your eligible employees at amounts that we agree upon in advance. You only pay for what your employees use.

Under FEA's capitation program, which works like an HMO, we negotiate a fee with you ahead of time to cover all services for all your eligible employees.
